The company

OPM Technologies is a software company based in Bengaluru. We build business software for Indian organisations — the kind of software that runs in the background of a company every day and is noticed mainly when it fails.
We started with HR because it was the clearest problem to point at. Employee records in one spreadsheet, attendance in another, leave approved over chat, payroll assembled by hand at the end of every month. None of it is complicated work, and all of it consumes a week that an HR team would rather spend on people.
OPM Workforce is the result, and it is the only product we currently sell. It is built from what customers told us was actually breaking, and it changes when they tell us something else is. That feedback loop is deliberately slow and deliberately narrow: we would rather one product be genuinely dependable than five be approximately finished.
Projects, learning, finance and commerce are being built next, on the same terms. Each one ships when it is ready to run a real business, and we will say so plainly when it is.
